baannambua
Hi there. Filling out the wifes application form set M for her settlment application. After reading through the guidelines it says she needs to have a letterheaded letter from her college inlcluding information on her level of English when she first started the course, what level she passed at, name of the awarding body, duration of the course and how the college meets the definition of a "accredited college". This letter must be stamped and signed with the college approval. The problem we have is the tutor from the college is no longer there as she must be finished for the summer holidays. My wifes appointment at the UKBA in Liverpool is on 1st August. This is the only document we cant get our hands on and as the appointment is getting closer were worried as what to do. Any info out there or suggestions would be a big help. Thanks for reading.
bangkockney
The school's admin team should be able I produce the letter. Why is her teacher not being there important? Explain this and your time frame to the school.
