WorldwideALOHA
Who is responsible for the costs of a rental car while your car is being fixed? It seems to take the garages quite a while to make even minor repairs. Is the driver at fault's insurance responsible or is it covered under one's own insurance or worse, are you just stuck paying for it yourself? Any experiences or help would be appreciated. Thank you! DJH77
AXA insurance policy provides you with 2 day car hire and 2 nights accommodation in the event of an accident to get you home. i think the is the only company that has any car hire provision in Thailand. mogandave
Always make sure they have the parts and schedule the repair rather than just dropping it off and hoping for the best.
