How Hard It Is To Win A Sole Custody Here In Thailand?

The norm in Thailand is shared custody, unless the other spouse gives you sole custody. If contsted, sole custody is only rewarded if the other spouse is (menatly) uncapable or considered a danger to the child. You have to think in terms of using drugs and mental illness and have proof of it.

Normally it is more a question of who will be the prime caretaker and who will get the child maybe a few days per week or month. The court decision is always based on what the judge percieves to be in the best interest of the child.
