saengsureeya Posted September 15, 2012 Share Posted September 15, 2012 Some months ago, City Hall announced their plan to dig a tunnel in Sukhumvit Road, between South Pattaya Road and North Pattaya, which would release the traffic at the Central Pattaya junction.
