kawaiimomo
Does anybody know if Thai social security covers dental care like fillings and surgical extractions?
beano2274
I am sure it does as my wife gets a receipt from the dentists and I have asked her before about it and she says it is to get money back.
steveb6
Social security pays 300 baht twice a year for cleaning or fillings. You must have your dentist fill out the form and bring it to the social security office or give it to your HR dept for the payment. Of course this doesn't cover the cost but better than nothing
kawaiimomo
Thanks for answers. I was wondering because I brought my girlfriend this morning to a dentist to have her wisdom teeth removed and it was not cheap. @steveb6, agreed. Not much but better than nothing. I will need to go to dentist soon and I sure will appreciate those few hundreds ;-)
