October 12, 201213 yr Hi, Anyone have an idea regarding the Visitor Visa for the UK oops sorry. My Wife has made her application online and made an appointment for the Biometrics. What happens at this interview and would it be a good idea for her to carry our 5 month old baby with her to the interview. The reason i ask this is the child is breast fed and if he goes too long with out food i will be a spectacle outside the with crying baby. Thanks for any advice Asty Edited October 12, 201213 yr by Asty1
October 12, 201213 yr Visitor visa for where? As you seem to be in Thailand believe it is not a Thai visa so will move this to the other section.
October 12, 201213 yr Indeed. Each country has it's own rules and procedures, so it's impossible to answer your question without knowing which country she wants to visit.
October 12, 201213 yr It's not an interview, just a paper check and the biometrics. Unlikely that the baby would make any difference one way or the other.
October 12, 201213 yr Author Oh so no interview ? When would she have that, or do they not always have an interview? Cheers for any advice Asty PS will she need a TB test? Edited October 12, 201213 yr by Asty1
October 12, 201213 yr Most applicants are decided on the evidence submitted, so she needs to ensure that all the evidence is in place, interviews are very rare. No TB test is needed for a visitors visa. theoldgit
October 13, 201213 yr Each application is judged on its own merits as its a family visit visa it has the right of appeal. Ensure you insert your marriage certificate (family visit)
