I am guilty of sugar being a no no. But Butter is Better is to good to pass up.

We also have a gluten free flourless chocolate cake and a gluten free cake called "Dacquoise"

...then , to me,, no butter means no good...... what kind of a cake would it be without butter??? It would be a local cake that is made with lard, by the taste of it.

If it's for a nice occasion I'd get a cake made from the Oriental Bakery at the Oriental Dhara Dhevi. For something less fancy (kids party, etc) I STILL don't get the S&P crap but could go for a Swensen's Ice Cream cake.
