Its only just over £20 to upgrade from the basic version which incorporates the adverts but has anyone tried it ??

As its only a few bob for a year so no loss if its no good, but would interested in others comments ??

Claims it speeds up the Surfing as opposed to the free version ??

Thanks.

Actually this is blocked in Thailand in some way??

I was looking for reviews of Hotspot Shield in google and I found the link to CNET but surprise! is blocked by the Thai censors from my TOT connection, any of you can access this link download.cnet.com/hotspot-shield/ ?

porn and politics I understand that they want to block but this is a quite selective.

PD: from google I can access the content clicking in the cache

They usually do it to prevent political un-rest too. Last Saturday there was a failed atempt to over-throw the Yingluck government. Edited by BB1950

If required can be downloaded from Softpedia or direct from Anchorfree, both not blocked for me, ( the cnet download appears to be blocked for me also).

As said, not worth paying for (imho)

FWIW, the direct cnet.com link for Hotspot Shield above redirects to the MICT site for me on TrueOnline, as well, but I can access the download by going to the CNet home page (www.cnet.com), searching for "Hotspot Shield," and clicking on the green "Download Now" button. That lead me to: http://software-file...-80-conduit.exe, but I'm not sure that is a permanently linkable URL.
