I love snacking this one along with sticky rice and some spirits.

Before further down the sticky rice thread a nice member suggested a new sauce:

I got this new recipe through TV i am going to try soon. I am very excited to mix it myself!

The difference between the two sauces is the complexity.

The one i know and love(pic) is basic, though the one suggested to me before has more ingredients... Young fellow as i am although having learned that many things in life i love turn out to be bad for my health!

Questions arise: is there any nutritional value in any of these sauces? And if so, which? Can it be hazardous for my heath?
