Nisa
Has anybody here used Air Asia out of DM and tried to check-in online & print your boarding passes? I keep getting an error ... not actually an error but getting brought back to a page to check-in and put your Confirmation number even though I am logged-in. Have never had this issue before flying out of BKK but has been going on a day now.
JINGJOH
Flew out the other day with Air Asia from DM, didn't have any problems with online check in or printing a boarding pass. They do have the self service counters at the airport where you can print your boarding pass out if you so desire. Sent from my GT-N7000 using Thaivisa Connect App Thanks -- their website is sometimes flaky but just was surprised it hasn't let me print these for a day now and thought maybe it had something to do with DM. rak sa_ngop
Thanks for reminding me. I have just printed out my AA outward and return boarding passes with no problem (the continue at the first stage automatically prints a warning about checking your details, but after a few repeats it passed on to the next stage OK)
Nisa
I finally figured out what I was doing wrong (or at least what I should have been doing) ... you need to use the link that says cancel insurance as opposed to using the check box and the main cancel / ok buttons.
