This Italian brasserie offers a nouvelle approach to cuisine for its customers which sees both Thai and European. The restaurant seats 45 people and is open for dinners from 4 pm daily. 5 full time employees and 1 part time employee draw a monthly salary totaling approximately 60,000 Baht. The base monthly rental is 90,000 Baht from January 2013 and has a 3 + 3 year lease. The security deposit is not included in the sale. Furniture, fixtures and fittings valued at around 1.85 million Baht are included in the price.
