Farang Sublease To Another Farang?

Featured Replies

farang sublease to another farang?

the landowner is the Thai GF from my neighbor the farang 1, she owns 1 rai land and he, the farang 1 , built a house.

so, the farang 1 is sub-leasing one rai land plot from the thai GF > I the other farang no.2 leases 50sq.waa/200 m2 from the farang 1 with a contract and built my house.

The lease is 6000 baht one yr. the farang 1 collects this.....can he collect money?

is this contract legal. ?

the chanot show all subtenants/sub lease persons. the contract was signed for 30 yrs in the land office 6 yrs. ago.

now the farang 1 is threating with a lawyer to kick me/farang 2 out.

anyone knows - or has a similar case? immigration, no work permit? can I sue him?

thks.

You have a 30 year lease registered at the land office with 24 years remaining,

Thanks, yes that's right. I got a sined contract with 24 yrs remaining.

on the document is only the farang friend from the thai owner, - and me mentioned.

If the lease is registered at the land office as you say then there isn't a lot he can do

The next thing farang 1 is capable of doing is making your live a living hell.

Or are you making his live a living hell for him to want you to move out.

That is the problem with one sided stories.

Work it out, or leave.
