hello! Is there a device avalible where , it is possible to open water sprinkle automaticly and close , everyday at same time,when we are not in the home the tries would die without water!

Few years ago I used following device not for watering all plants in the evening and or during the night but for in hen house lightning:

During winter hens will stop laying altogether and this should be looked upon as a rest period. However if you need the eggs and are perhaps selling them, putting a light in the hen house to stimulate longer days can prolong the laying period.

I have just installed the Super Products system and eventually managed to find a battery powered controller in Chiang Mai. It is very effective, you can set the watering time and also the time between waterings.

Go to global or Hompro. Solenoid operated valves are used for turning on and of the water so any type of Electrical timer (find them at Amorn, Tesco and probably Global) wired in would work. Some may work on 12V so you may need a tranformer.

Have many pipe must spread to the different sprinkles , what is the right product from the shop?

Hello All, Sandman77 if you go to the "link" in post #2 and and go down

the page to the 4th item, it will run 6 solenoid valves.

Super Products at one time in the store had irrigation controllers that would

run up to 24 valves.

There was a Rain Bird store in BKK at one time, they also have 6-24 station

controllers, not cheap!

Hello All, after posting, I realised it's easier to just go to

www.superproducts.co.th and then click on products.

Then click on "Valves", L/H side of page.

The 3 links you want to look at are, RAIN Valve, NALSON

Valve and GARDENA Valve.

On the RAIN Valve link, my picture below is like the first

GALCON 4/6 station valve controller, mine is from a 8056-AC

DGI Corp. in the US, but is the same as Galcon, made in Israel.

The 4 or 6 Galcon can run 4/6 valves plus pump, the controller

needs to be inside or in a cabinet. Valves can be inside or a

valve box in the ground. SP has valve boxes and valve mainfolds

and fittings.

Must admit I was thinking about something like this recently when the Farm did an Prawn harvest and it rained also over night, hence reducing the available oxygen.

We hauled in nets with mostly dead prawns ... worth only half their 'live' value at the markets.

Some air pumps, linked to a timer under the nest might have prevented that ... just a thought.

In your case, David, you would be better connecting your air pump to an electronic rain detector rather than a timer (or perhaps in conjunction with). I don’t know where you would get one but I know they exist and can be made (DIY) very easily by anyone with experience dealing in electronics (not me, unfortunately).

I often fail to read topics here that initially seem to hold no interest to me personally then regret doing so later since they often lead to other completely different ideas of interest.
