My sister sent me a food saver for christmas and it needs repair. I have paid customs and duty on it already. How can I avoid paying it again on something that I will need to have returned to me here in Thailand.

Thanks!

you have proof you imported it legally and have paid duty, therefore provided you have all the paperwork from customs you will not need to pay again

Can I go there and get some kind of guarantee I won't need to pay again? Is there a form I need to fill out? Something special on the customs form my sister should put on the reshipment?

If I remember correctly, you just need to provide the customs form/proof of payment when you ship the item out of Thailand and a copy of this travels with the item
