House - How To Let - Furnished Or Unfurnished

Recommended Posts

We are building a very nice house on Pattanakarn Road in Muang Thong 2/2. It is in a beautiful cul-de-sac and very quiet. We are using good materials, finishing, tiles, windows etc. It has 4 bedrooms etc.

But because we relocated to the UK for a few year we decided that we will let the property. However, we are not sure whether most other foreigners would prefer

- furnished

- unfurnished

- or hybrid?

We are happy to do whatever increases the rental value and is in trend with (majority) demand.

Any tips?

Martin

By the way, it will be finished in about 2-3 months, in case anybody is interested.

I would try to let as is, unfurnished, a lot easier to add furniture if needed than take away.

I have let houses and people have wanted furniture taking out - which can be a pain, not that much difference in rental price either!

Cheers
