Pdavies99 Posted February 23, 2013 Share Posted February 23, 2013 The problem I get with many deliveries from USA (especially Amazon) is that they do not put a value on the product, so Thai Customs will not release it. I have this problem right now with Amazon and another Coy. I cannot get it resolved as Amazon seem unable to inform FEDEX a value so they can get a release from Customs, so eventually the product will not be delivered and I will claim a refund. Items shipped via this method are shipped in bulk to the destination country and then, turned over to that country's Local Postal Service for delivery to the specific address."
