Hey all I was wondering if anyone could tell me the odds of ever being able to work in Thailand again. I was there in October on a Non-B and had my work permit issued but had to leave the country after 2 months, before I got the visa extended for the full year. I didn't know that I had to turn in my work permit and I still have it with me to this day. Since I left on the 3 month Non-B without getting it converted to a full year I shouldn't have any problems regarding overstay penalties right? I am more concerned about the consequences of still having my work permit. Thanks for any advice

before leaving the country is reccomended that you back to office of labour your work permit and maybe you put this in stand-by

now if yopu come back and need to work again you must to back old work permit and do a under new different,so expensive and lose time.and also about incoming salary tax maybe you must to pay some difference
