Sorry, my English isn't very good, but this is a translation attempt (summary) :

You can not directly use the sentence of the Australian judge in Thailand. You have to take the sentence of the Australian judge and register you divorce in Australia at the official instance (= your local city hall?) first. Then you take the Australian divorce registration form to Thailand and you register your divorce at the amphur (probably the amphur you got married, although the text doesn't say).

(My interpretation: the text says you don't need a paper from a judge to register your divorce in Australia here in Thailand, you need a paper from your city hall)

They are both best avoided. I've heard from many that the programmers were in the advanced stages of HIV, which by the way, can be transmitted via the net to those who use such tools.

The Bing translations I have seen are mostly gibberish, and sometimes humorous, but not normally useful unless it is a one or two word translation.

I think that's the AIDS kicking in. Once again it has been proven by NASA and Aldi I think that their translations do contain the HIV virus.
