The company is recruiting an experienced e-commerce/digital marketing manager to manage its social media marketing campaign. We’re looking for an experienced ecommerce software marketing manager to raise product awareness and sales of software sold on our ecommerce sites. You must have a proven track record in driving ecommerce software sales and have verifiable experience in achieving and exceeding metrics goals in social media campaigns in your prior work experience.

Responsibilities

• Executing and managing online software marketing strategies and initiatives that emphasize sales growth, customer acquisition and conversion

• Setting measureable targets and goals, reporting on metrics, and achieving targets and goals

• Analyzing site traffic and conversion through use of cart analysis, traffic analysis and keyword analysis

• Analyzing competitor’s keyword and social media strategies to suggest actionable changes to company’s online marketing strategy

• Drawing up schedule for undertaken projects, reporting on progress, and ensuring that all deadlines are met

• Mapping out a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why. Continuous evolvement of strategy is a must.

• Supervising writers, editors, content strategists; be an arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and style.

• Leveraging market data to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan to develop the assets that support a point of view and educate customers that leads to critical behavioral metrics.

• Working closely with company's Managing Director on all creative and branding initiatives to ensure a consistent message across channels.


Experience and Education Required

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business or related communications field. An MBA in marketing is a plus.

• A verifiable track record of successful implementation of ecommerce software marketing strategies (at least 3 years of experience)

• At least 5 years of experience as a respected leader in multichannel content creation (publishing, journalism, etc.).

• Expertise in SEM/paid search, affiliate marketing, online display advertising, and SEO with proven ability to increase conversions

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with clients, with web developers and executive management

• Experience managing people and teams

• This position is open for Native English Speakers Only. Other nationalities will not be considered.

This position is onsite, based in Bangkok, Thailand.
