I am wondering if there is a difference in price between the two regarding medicine. I have recieved some repeat prescriptions from BKK PKT and they were pretty pricy, Is PKT INTNL any cheaper ?? As I only require some medicine.

Prescriptions from any of the two hospitals will be pricey, thats how they make the money. Go to Mission Hospital, your local doctor or to the Pharmacy at Tesco Lotus (depending on what you need).
