April 29, 201313 yr No idea on the French side. On the Thai side though, if you are working and paying national insurance, you should be able to get: - lump sum payment of THB 10k - 12k - monthly amount of THB 350 can't remember the exact numbers, but when the baby is born go to your local tax/ social security office with a Thai, your passport, marriage cert, birth certificate and bank account details, and fill in a few forms. May 6, 201313 yr Yes national insurance - pragan sangkom. It's not automatic, so you need to go to the local tax office
