AyG Posted May 8, 2013 Share Posted May 8, 2013 (edited) In short: no chance. Thai people just don't like the meat. There has been at least one turkey raising business here that went bust. The only turkey available is expensive, imported frozen turkeys in upmarket supermarkets and at Christmas/Thanksgiving in posh hotel restaurants. The Thai word for Turkey is ไก่งวง - kày ŋuaŋ.
