Administrator Rights Locked One Of My Photo Files, How To Unlock - Not The Normal Way

On my external harddisk I've got one file that is locked by 'administrator rights' for some unknown reason. I am the only user of my laptops and external harddisks and never set any usernames or locks. But it has moved from several previous devices to the current xhd.

Had the same with few other files, unlocked them via PROPERTIES >> SECURITY >> ADVANCED >> OWNER >> EDIT >> (choose or either ADMINISTRATOR or USER >> 'change owner of files underneat as well= YES' >> APPLY.

But 1 file and it's content (photos) is very stubborn and does not let itself be unlocked this way, is there any other way to open it, or perhaps some software to force it to open ? I already tried with 'Unlocker' but this great tool has no function for this.

Hpefully someone can help me getting out of this.

Thanks. I am using Windows 7. In the meanwhile I finally managed to solve this long-time issue by myself. Looking for other ways around, in the right-click-menu I discovered option 'Share with' >> 'Specific people' >> Choose 'my username' >> then a 'share on network' option and this solved this issue.

You can create a "BartPE" cd to boot from. This allows you to get around the normal security of windows to access a file.
