drtreelove
Anybody got reading time? I'm attaching some contributions. I'm trying to go all organic for tree and landscape work here in California. There's a major revolution going on in US agriculture and landscaping, further advancing IPM and organic growing methods and materials into the mainstream. Huge public demand and major university programs shift to sustainable, is stimulating lots of research and development and new low toxicity and organic program compatible fertility and pest control products. I'm attending seminars every month on IPM and sustainable practices, and studying for a certified crop advisor exam. I come across some material that you may find interesting. I haven't searched to see if these websites have been discussed in this forum before, I don't remember it, but I appologize if it's repeated information. Check out some of the courses, resources, links and webinars on the attached sites: http://www.organiclandcare.net/ http://tilth.org/organic-resources/eorganic-webinars I know I've posted this site before, but it's ever-improving. http://www.ipm.ucdavis.edu/ Don standards2011.pdf INTRO TO HORTICULTURE.pdf
mike123ca
It would good to have this article pinned at the top. Is there a moderator here, to make a request? Sometimes, I like to come to this forum to study. As a new farmer, it's not always easy looking for answers.
