Where is your office or which bar do you hangout at?

Please indicate which app you are using, Android or iPhone, and give an example of what link in what post does not open.

post-108543-13705141033693_thumb.jpgIts the android app. It never opens from links in the Thaivisa emails. But will open from HTML links. I'm attaching a screenshot of the error msg I get when I click the email link which asks me if I want to open it in the app.

Please update the App in Google Play so you have the latest version.

Did this solve this issue?

Most every app I use is auto updated.

I had the latest version. Anyway

I uninstalled and reinstalled. Restored my data with titanium backup.

Clicked a link in the newsletter email. Same scenario. Here's a screen from the open in app dialogue I see. Clicking "install' takes me to the play store (don't know why this button seems highlighted when the app is installed already) and the 'open in app button' seems to be faded. See screenshot. Clicking that gives the same error as previous screenshot.

Well..all of a sudden it loaded the app just now. Happy! First time ever from the newsletter link.

Hopefully this will be the last post regarding my issue.

Thx if you did something to make it work.

I guess my next question is, why do I have to be asked to open in app?

Seems to me it should directly launch the app.
