"Your daily new posts digest" - same link problem again

I recall some time ago that a problem with these email links had been fixed.

The problem was this: after subscribing to a topic, you get an email notifying you of updates. That email has a link. The link should take you to the first new post. This is what used to happen a long time ago.

Then, several months ago after an update, the link took you only to the first page of the topic, so you had to click on "Go to first unread post" to get to the new posts. That problem was fixed by the developers adding "?view=getnewpost" to the end of the link in the email.

Now, after the latest major upgrade, the links take you only to the first page again. The extra "?view=getnewpost" is missing.

I believe what has happened is that the team developing the new major release has not implemented some or all of the small fixes that were done to the previous release.

So can you please ask the developers to add "?view=getnewpost" to the links again? Thanks.
