To the hiring manager,

My name is Jack Michael Goss, and I am looking for a potential career development opportunity. I am living in Jomtien, Pattaya, and I am seeking a new challenge.

I am looking for either a sales baded job, preferably in online marketing, or a position within the hospitality sector.
Wih regards to the hospitality industry, I am interested in a Junior Management position, or Customer Relations, however I am confident that I will succeed in any role, as I have a diverse skill set, having worked in a variety of areas within the hospitality and customer service industry.

The vast majority of my working experience is in customer service, and the many years of serving people and ensuring guest satisfaction has granted me a wealth of confidence when speaking in front of large groups, and dealing with customers on a one to one basis. Over the years I have had to deal with some very rude and aggressive customers, and in every situation I have handled the customer appropriately in a calm and confident manner. This experience has strengthened my social skills, and as a result I am able to identify an individuals characteristics and determine how best to approach them in any given situation.

I love customer service, and it has always been a huge passion of mine, though unfortunately since moving to Thailand I have not yet been able to secure my dream job; working in hospitality in Thailand and having the opportunity to deliver guest satisfaction and superior customer service. However, since moving to Thailand, I have gained some very useful experience in Marketing and Recruitment, as well as being able to develop my management and team leader skills further.

I am not looking to earn a fortune; all I am looking for is a secure job that offers a challenge and opportunity for growth and that all I ask, is to be given the opportunity to show you; how valuable an asset I will be to your team and to your business. I will bring passion and energy to your business, and I will share a creative edge that you may not find in others. I have worked in one of the toughest industries, and managed some very successful marketing campaigns. I will take an active interest in the marketing of your business; online in particular. I have experience in Social Media, and Search Engine optimization and I have a proven track record of increasing the brand awareness and online visibility for many companies throughout Australia.

I have had the pleasure of working alongside Thai employees over the last two years; this has been a wonderful experience and an interesting learning curve for me. I have a very calm and empathic manner; and so my fellow Thai employees have found me to be very approachable and easy to get along with. In order to improve my working relationships, and to increase the fluidity of communication between my fellow colleagues and I; I am currently learning to speak Thai. I am also qualified to teach English to Thai nationals.
