i claudius
Time and again i see businesses here opening up ,only to close a few months later because the owners have not thought it through ,and have either opened a business that has competitors within a few yards or the shop is somewhere where no one will go to buy the product ,two examples are near us there are two 7 elevens within 50 yards of each other ,now a third has opened opposite , and on Sukhumvit there is an Amway store ,first a coffee shop opened ,that you knew would do no business ,then a few months ago a lovely jewelry store opened ,i said at the time to the wife that they would get no customers there ,now 4 months later its closed ,do they do no market research?
