moonseeker
Any office out there to renew existing/expired captain's license? Rather pay the fees than dealing with the bureaucracy. Further need new license (1st. time license for 2 friends done, too) THX. to all. MS.
NanLaew
If it's an expired Thai ticket, my buddy got a new one a few months back so I will ask him for details. "pay the fees...." LOL

What they call a 2nd. class helmsman license I believe for yachts up to 35 tons, if I remember right. Thank you for feedback on how to renew and get new one. MS. craigt3365
You could try calling Ocean Marina and asking for Scott the Harbor Master. I'm sure he'd be able to help you.
monty
There is a marine department office at the end of walking street, on the way to the light tower where all the speed boats are parked. They should be able to handle, they also do seaman books (passports). Bigger stuff they might forward to the main office for this area in Laem Chabang.
