In addition, the calvalry on pahonyothin often has events, so you could also ask there. There is also a stable in Rangsit area called Horselovers.... Also, the previous owner of the Farang Connection had a horse which I think is now out to pasture in Chom Pra. Other than that, check out Kong Chiam area South East of Ubon.
