Basil B
Batons? might as well just give them peashooters... How about 5,000 trained police officers, full face helmets, fire retardant uniforms, bullet proof jackets, riot shields, baseball bats, CS gas, rubber bullets, bird shot... http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/picturegalleries/royalty/5487689/Prince-Charles-observes-riot-police-in-action.html?image=
