Have you all seen how easy it is to apply for a visa to Vietnam now?....

If you already knew about this & it is old news I apologize in advance. But I just came across this website on on Google+, and after giving it a once over I am shocked at how easy and convenient Vietnam has now made it to apply for a Visa. This is how it should be done....no!?

I guess I can only hope and dream that Thailand will eventually wake up and institute some type of similar model.

It is not a official government website which would make me worry about using it.

Not needed for Thailand if your country is on visa exempt entry list.

Those on the visa on arrival list don't need pre-approval.

So to me not all that great.

Ahhhh I see what you mean ubonjoe. It's quite clear that I didn't think this all the way thru. And I must just be upset that the Thai consulate in Washington D.C., in which I recently applied for a tourist visa...called me today and asked me a bunch of questions. This has never happened to me in over 6years of applying for tourist visas. So I guess it just got me worried.
