Kim Jong-un, North Korean leader, reportedly has ex-girlfriend, 11 others executed

OK, so I have a clearer picture of the story now.

Married North Korean bible thumping porn star, who continues to be the supreme leaders mistress up until recently is executed.

All possible but it is the bible thumping part that puts it over the top for me. Someone just had to pile it on extra thick.

In the US no problem but a person who has found god in a country were having a bible is a very serious offence who

makes home made porn and sells it in North Korea and China. Just one step to far for me to believe.

Just my opinion, but just because I read it on the internet does not make it true.

I've known many men who have thought about such things, but I never thought I'd see the day when someone who was actually sane (?) do it.

I've always tried to keep an open mind about NK, but it's obvious now that 'none as blind as those who will not see.'

Reincarnation of King Henry VII...?? Tired of one - kill her off and get another..??

The excerpt of the Sydney Morning Herald story posted as the OP didn't make any sense regarding the reference to singers violating pornography laws...unless you clicked thru to the full article on the SMH website and saw the following pgh further down in the article:

The 12 members of the Unhasu Orchestra and the Wangjaesan Light Music Band were accused of violating anti-pornography laws by videotaping themselves having sex and selling copies of the tape to North Korean fans and in China.

I'd like to verify that allegation for myself. Anyone come across one of the videos? tongue.png

How many times did he watch the porn movie before he got so pissed off - at seeing his former g.f. having some fun sex with other guys, that he snapped, and gave orders to kill the whole troupe. If the story is true, censorship takes on a whole new meaning in N.Korea. I wish him the worst.

At what point do we just say put this bastard out of his fricken misery. If this news report is factual, its insane. Why the UN has not strategically striked this country back to the stone age is beyond me.

95% of the population starving, maniac leader and <deleted>....

My dad faught in the Korean war, shot twice, captured, tortured. And managed to escape and kill his way out of this forgotten war. I'm named after his best bud that did not survive the escape. My dad was night recon, for three years tracking them through the field.

Nukes....... No need........stratigical strikes w UN approval, <deleted> is the world waiting for......... For the sake of the humanitarian heart that I hope beats in all of us...... Not just this man, but this entire countries military has got to go..... China solve it, doubt it, never going to happen, while they should, they have no backbone.

But, since they seem to want to pretend to wash their hands from getting to sidelines, take them down.

I agree somewhat. But our species have such giant character flaws. Even if you take out one group of awful leaders, ...another group of awful leaders will likely take over. It happens in the Middle East, Africa, and most Asian countries. Some might say, "the people get what they deserve." That truism might seem a bit cold for North Koreans, because their leadership is particularly awful. If, 100 years ago, someone had written a science fiction story which depicted present-day N.Korea, .....I think people of that time would have dismissed the story as too outlandish, saying "come on, you expect us to believe that such an insane personality cult could be sustained without being overthrown? No way, it's too unbelievable."

They may get a few more tourists if they get a reputation for having a good porn industry.

Maybe they should offer retirement visa's for western foreigners, Thailand is becoming so expensive for a lot of our senior citizens, so maybe a more cost effective option ?...laugh.png
