this is a good topic most of what i have read has much to do about free weights, tec, can some one suggest which fitnes center between power and fitness thailand has the better cardio equipment, treadmills, bikes, etc.

also i will be in chang mai in about two weeks, could i trouble one of the readers to tell me what areas are these two gym in ?, when the realtor asks me what area i want to live in the fitness center has a high priority and would like to be as close as possible, thanks in advance

Power Gym is in a really trendy area for Thais with lots of restaurants, clubs, etc, and it is right next door to a great new condo with a lovely swimming pool - not expensive either.

I much rather live here than where Fitness Thailand is located.
