What is currently the policy at Chiang Mai Immigration for renewing extension of retirement visa?

I count back 45 days from December 29th( final day for extension), to November 13th, but,respectfully, this is adifferent culture..

13th of November is not 45 days prior to 29th of December no matter how you count. I believe you should be OK on 14th of November.
