November 9, 201312 yr I have about 3 hours to kill waiting for my sister to arrive from the UK? What's the facilities like in the Arrivals hall? Coffee, food, massage maybe? Sent from my iPhone using Thaivisa Connect Thailand mobile app
November 9, 201312 yr Plenty of food and drink but crowded and tatty. A more relaxing place (albeit more expensive) to hang around would be the Novotel.
November 9, 201312 yr Yes to all 3. Though, I'm assuming that you are referring to once having passed immigration, collected your baggage and passed customs. Head up 1 floor to level 3 for numerous restaurants, coffee shops, a book store and a massage place. Not on Arrivals, level 2. Jump on the website, all the info is there. If you are stating that you are going to wait in the pre immigration area or after immigration in the baggage collection area before exiting customs then basically all you have is the wonderful monopoly of King Power Duty free shops (small ones). It would be rather boring.
November 9, 201312 yr Author No I'm not flying into BKK but DMK earlier that day so I will have about 3 hours to kill waiting for sis to come in on London flight. Sent from my iPhone using Thaivisa Connect Thailand mobile app
November 10, 201312 yr There's not much at DMK to look at. The crazy traffic would be just about enough time to get to BKK unless you're using the Skytrains. I'd check in to the hotel, go to BKK and relax while checking out the hot stewardesses. Hahaha. If I had a sister, she'd appreciate me not being late.
