Passport payment

Recommended Posts

Yellow bank (BOA) does them; or you could ask a 3rd party (friend/family) to allow you to enter their CC details for payment, supported by their written consent.

Which would presumably, in practice, be achieved through the 3rd party in question signing the HK credit card authorisation form - which does state that it is the cardholder's signature that is required.

Yes, just did that. Cardholder has to sign

Don't forget to let the Thai bank know that there will be a charge coming from HK.

We use a card that is topped up to just over the sum required, if anyone else tries to use it all they will get is 500 or so baht.
