Hi I have to do my non immigrant extension soon,I sit still ok to get one from Australian embassy and is it ok for immigration at Jomtien.

. I Am Aussie citizen it's just that last year the immigration officer said that next time I need to have 800,000 in the bank maybe he was just havin a bad day at least I hope so.

He was having a bad day.

As long as stat dec shows 65k baht or more it will not be a problem. Officer was wrong last year.

Officer said to me that my stat dec didnt have enough info on it

I said Embassy said they are not a bank and not responsible to prove anything and the Embassy is only stamping the stat dec to verify that the person had written it and signed it in front of them. Thats what a stat dec is.

They still approved it though.

Just smile a lot when you are at Immigration.
