I have just watched an amazing documentary on BBC iPlayer called, "Hunt for the oldest DNA" and it's not only about uncovering the oldest DNA, it's also about the environment in which the animals and plants existed millions of years ago and how climate change came slowly upon them and changed the world forever. Of course there are climate change sceptics today, and if only one could get them to watch this documentary and the evidence that it uncovers, then we, and the industries around us which contribute to the climate change scenario may be forever changed in the way they operate in today's world. It's a truly amazing documentary and I suppose it's extremely lucky that I won't be around in years to come when climate change and all that it brings will change lives and the environment forever, just as it did 2 million years ago.
