If he paid a decent wage and treated his staff well, probably would have no problems.

Holy Mackerel Food thieves.

This could lead to another 'Crackdown'

The Frogs probably 'croaked' it & bought them undone.

I think an 'in house' warning should have sufficed

Bit of an unjustified assertion there.

Since you obviously know what the these two peoples salary was, can you tell us also? How exactly did he mistreat his staff, who, incidently , turned out to be thieves. You must be an employee there, or a very good customer, to have this knowledge. Or, possibly being an employee all your life, maybe you just don't like employers?

That's a nice idea that might have been true a few decades ago.

These days I suspect that no matter how decent you are to people many of them are very likely to stab you in the back and steal from you, regardless of what nationality they are.

If he paid a decent wage and treated his staff well, probably would have no problems.

NOT necessarily. You obviously have never been in business eh..............coffee1.gif

If they worked hard and long enough without stealing, he would have paid them more

I must say , this stealing epidemic has started in the past year and does not seem to stop.

I can honestly say, in the past year i have had around 7-8 staff stealing.

All caught red handed, amounts ranging from 60 baht to 150 000 baht and wait for it , wait for it, wait for it......

Police did absolutely nothing, NOTHING........

Really unsure what the heck is going on, but its getting worse.

The only explanation for thieft i can think of is police inaction and thieves can go from business to business stealing until they get caught or steal enough to move on.

I have even had one steal my buddha, which is the worst sin, and yet no one cared.

Well I never recall seeing frogs on the menu, I do not think I will be going there again soon.sick.gif

Steal my frogs and I'll croak you.
