Hi im filling out the 60 day visa application form.

I dont really understand some questions

i circled the questions in RED on the form and attached it

1. So they want the Bus that ill be traveling back on??

What if i haven't bought the ticket yet because i dont know if my visa will be approved

2. date of previous visit to thailand?? what the arrival date?? the depature date?? the period?? why do they wanna know this will i get knocked back if its a date not to their liking??

3. countries for which travel doocument is valid?

im just going to stay in thailand for for 60, then a 30day extension. so do i put thailand?

4. Name and address of guarantor in lao pdr
