geriatrickid Posted December 22, 2013 Share Posted December 22, 2013 The bars near the pannerai/ Centara hotels can be boring. Usually filled with some grumpy stereotypical expats complaining. It's best to take along friends to make it fun. I recommend some Thais. They like to laugh and don't spend hours moaning and groaning over nonsense.
