don't think you'll find high-rise in Samui. I'm pretty sure there's a height restriction.

don't think you'll find high-rise in Samui. I'm pretty sure there's a height restriction.

the rule was that you couldn't build higher than the tallest coconut tree, I don't know if they changed this rule or else they have found some very tall trees in the last few years.

Surat have the same size/high, but there are verry old buildings and they are not

I think he refers to the second one they've been building lately.

isn't by definition a high-rise over 12 stories?
