But is nothing strange here. Once I have read that thai women use to chop the pecker off of their infidel husbands. There are specific surgery specialists in Thailand repairing what those bitches are mutilating. Otherwise, it's curious that many cases of caught by thai police criminals, happen because someone else report them or by self confession, not by any chance fruit of investigation. Suspects dont normally wear handcuffs in Thailand until after they have been charged, unless of course you resist arrest or fail to co-operate.
