Real Ale in Chiangmai

I am coming on visit to Chiangmai next month. I have refernce to a German Micro Brewery in Ratebeer website. The address given is 345 Moo4 Chiangmai-Lampang Road, which I deduce is in the Nong Pa Krang area but Google Maps can not find it. Nor is the location map accurate (it send me to a residential area.)

Please , sombody give me accurate direction starting from a landmark like BigC or the Railway station. Thanks

Beer Republic on Nimman Soi 11 sells genuine German Beer.

I had some Paulaner and thought I was back in Munich. Pricey for a pensioner but well worth it a shade under B250 for half liter.

My fellow Brit was drinking Old Speckled Hen, a obscure UK beer which I was going to join him on until I saw the German Beers, several of.

Combined bill so I am not sure on exact pricing.

Worth a visit.

Real ale lovers! I don't know about the situation in Chiang Mai, but in Phuket and Bangkok, times have never been better for real ale lovers. We now have a whole list of beers and breweries represented. If Chiang Mai is dry, than stock up in BKK or Phuket.
