Vespa Mechanic - Nai Harn/Rawai (Phuket)

Does anyone know of a bike mechanic in Nai Harn/Rawai area that has both the knowledge and capability to replace the brakes in a '67 Vespa 150? I asked two mechanics this morning, and neither of them have experience with a Vespa. I am aware there is a guy in town, but don't feel like driving a brakeless bike all the way to town from Nai Harn. If anyone has any relevant info, please PM me. Thanks in advance.

OMG, it really doesn't take a mechanic to do this.

Axle nut pin out.

Remove nut.

Remove wheel.

New brake shoes or re-pad them if can't find suitable.

If no good brake action, remove and with a rough file, remove material where shoe got shiny.
