every journey begins with a small step... keep it up

The torturing monk is currently opening up Chaeng Wattana government complex to 'allow' government workers return to work there.

PCAD fascists lose, who would have thought, no doubt tomorrow's March will be declared as another victory by the corrupt, fascist Palm-Oil man.

His beneficence is unlimited. Such a kindly and caring man.

The torturing monk

Thaksin is an accused terrorist, accused mass murdered, convicted criminal fugitive that while unelected is still running Thailand from afar (yes, yes yingluck is the PM)

The torturing monk.

You know the difference between the two statements? I can produce links to back mine up.

Show me your links and I will show you mine.

Arresting and charging a few hundred protestors whilst seeing their leaders still free and barking orders may make the rest reconsider their status as pawns in the game.

The Suthepistas have got what they wanted; they don't actually need Bangkok to continue their anti-democracy campaign - the south can disrupt another election if they so wish. Keep a token stage in Bangkok, but give the city back to the people - the working people.

I think you are so wrong.

The CMPO intends to charge these people with a breach of the emergency decree, but there appears to be no grounds whatsoever for any charge. The protesters offered no resistance, thereby proving that were engaging in a peaceful protest, which has already been recognised as their constitutional right.

This is likely to convince the courts that they should set aside the current 'state of emergency' decree with all of these protesters being released immediately.

As an aside, one wonders how such a confrontation might have turned out if it was a red shirt protest...?!

Classic example of yellow Farangs misrepresentation of facts as they exist! You indicated that the protesters have done nothing wrong but protest peacefully, "WRONG" they violated the emergency decree, they were warned on numerous occasions if they chose to violate the emergency decree they would be arrested. They were violating the emergency decree, the government has shown agonizing restrain, in the face of Bangkok being held hostage for 3 months.

Now is the time to put an end to these idiots actions in a protest that has failed miserably with Bangkok shut down with their "(6 million protesters) now down to 100. the government must enforce the rule of law!

More importantly than your little premature celebration, did you manage to get your money out of the GSB yesterday?

Klikoman, the big question remains whether the EMERGENCY degree was justified or just another case of PT giving themselves more power to use and abuse....

after the police complete their operation today ... and the protestors are back tomorrow ...

the TV channels can shift to the show about the run on the Govt Savings Bank

NBT showing live, Yingluks speach. If you were clever enough to understand thai, you could listen in :) NOt many protesters left there. It's all for show.

protesters bussed in prison trucks to Pathum thani and Army are on Cobra Gold, so can't coup with the US army in their midst,

great timing by the police.

Bank just increase interest rates and withdrawers have lost out... so funny. real non story on the bank run, it was all wind, and the media just help out to try and make the run happen.... it didn't.

Regardless of the numbers - things have reached boiling point on both sides it appears and looks to get out of hand today / tomorrow.

Unfortunately the paid PCAD thugs are doing themselves and the chance for a peaceful loss no favours.

There are about 10,000 protesters in Bangkok at the moment, and the BRAVE police, arrested 100.

Really admire them and their boss.

Wow,you have good eyesight, you can see them all the way from Khon Kaen?

PREM_R, people who only listen to wags and red radio channels don't have certain info. Please understand that there is much more info available.

Try it!?

Your statement could equally be applied to Costas2008 who bases his 'knowledge' of Thailand on Blue Sky TV.

I follow the situation with an open mind but am still convinced that a government that is elected and can be removed at the ballot box is far superior to an unelected group of 'good people' who, even after so many months, have yet to put forward a single suggestion as to what their 'reforms' could include. How anyone can support a group, lead by a former politician who is not without 'previous' in the corruption stakes, that has the potential to remove democracy from Thailand for as long as they choose is beyond me.

Let's see...the protesters are in Bangkok, mostly on the streets.

Thaksin is in exile...

Remind me again, who's losing?

And, if you describe Suthep as the corrupt, fascist Palm-Oil man. How do you describe Thaksin? giggle.gif

today police take away the men on the street, but they never take away the conflict and the disintegration in the society. what would be tomorrow - another Suthep, or another thousands of Suthep ?

Yep, got the paid UDD thugs doing the same thing…Unfortunately they didn't stop at slashing tyres.

Eitherway it does not make it right for the PDRC or the UDD to do this.

Just stating though that what the PDRC do, you can be assured the UDD terrorists have done worse (so far anyway) THUS why a justification for an emergence decree cannot be compared in 2010 and 2014.

The corrupt fugitive leader.

Why? Are you just another idiot who immediately decides that others have to be one side or the other? I guess so. Don't worry, you've plenty of idiot company. :(

Nah, it's not a protester, it's somebody who has been hired by a tyre shop in the area that needs extra business. Sales are down ;)

What is missing here and will probably always be missing is there is no politician willing to take the middle of compromise. All players are in extreme positions and eventually find a way to temporarily defeat the opposition only to lose again in the future.

Where is that leader/politician?

What torturing monk?

The one that interrogated the 2 police officer (shown in the picture associated with the article) that admitted under his interrogation they were undercover policeman, the policeman were then beaten.

I know you always have not been good on minor details.

Cheers

NBT is showing it all well and balanced. nice and calm and they just re-took Pan Fah Bridge!!

hundreds of ied's bombs and small arms colleced from the peacful 6 million.

Bluesky wailing over lack of violence from police i think.

There was no resistance. They committed what? Under a pre-text of a much unnecessary state of emergency (a false flag), which is only a state of insecurity that PTP will otherwise have to pay their dues. Its a way to strip away the freedoms of people who oppose a proxy government's graft.

As a self declared expert in asian economic disparity and unfair treatment of the common man, why should they be locked up to rot forever for demonstrating against tyranny?

If you support the fiefdom of thailand by one family, who should be incarcerated?

Did you see all the images and media showing no blood, teeth, guts or sighs of any beating?

Where is the violence?

Oh thats right, have to go back to 2010 if you wanna see violence. They say, where there is red, there is blood and violence, no?

Maybe time for some of you PDRC fans to have a reality check. 3 police shot, one in the head. only PDRC vermin can have done that.

live on tv as well so no time for suthep to spin it.

FACT - - - PDRC gunmen have just shot 3 police men.
