Popular Post fleeing
These were sutheps men fighting each other. What a setup. Who does he think he is trying to fool! Would you care to back your assertion with some fact, before you create yet another new profile to use for some pro-Thaksin mud-slinging? ikurauni
More violence will occur. I don't want to see the violence but this is what people expected. I don't know it the attacked was staged or real but we expect see more of this until one of the groups quits. Civil war in Bangkok might be the next step. I am getting out from Bangkok, this crisis becomes civil war.
ivoms
These were sutheps men fighting each other. What a setup. Who does he think he is trying to fool! Wow.... You should inform the media. You seem to know exactly.. where is this proof to back up your accusations, which by the way is illegal in Thailand. Under the defamation laws, you can go into prison and have 60 Thais watch you shit in a bucket every day for a year before you are deported and banned for life.
Popular Post Artisi
This could be the farmers attacking. I dont think the red shirts would use violence, because they were elected by the moral majority. Welcome back Red Snake. Maybe time the mod's started checking sources of member registrations, no point in banning someone to have them pop up again after 5 minutes with a new ID - might as well just leave the original intact then at least people would have a better idea of who they are reading / replying to / ignoring.

Artisi
It also could be nonrelated violence that occurs after the bars close down. I really doubt the reds would be involved they always take the high road when it comes to things like this. Bit sad that you use the violence of lately to be funny and trolling. Show some respect please. Whoever is responsible for all the violence, 4 kids died the last days, it's no something to troll about. - lets hope he doesn't survive for too long, 1 day using this name would be more than enough. I really doubt the reds would be involved they always take the high road when it comes to things like this.If you're going to waste everyone's time with troll posts could you at least make them entertaining. To be honest (and I'm not blaming you) this kind of troll posting is no different to those poster's (you know who you are) who immediately pipe up with "It's the Reds", for every incident that occurs, regardless of whether any evidence has been produced to back up their accusations. Frankly it's become tiresome wading through the BS messages (from both "sides") to get to a post that has had some thought put behind it.

Yes there is a misunderstanding by many people on the internet, they confuse forums with propaganda vehicles. Propaganda media typically costs substantial money to use, and you are paying for the privilege of being able to promote your chosen cause to your heart's content. Forums are usually free-to-use and this is because they are for facts and personal commentary / philosophy discussion, which is central to the concept of democratic values. Forums were never intended to be used for relentless salvos of propaganda. That is why paid-for propaganda media exists. Trying to use forums as a free propaganda platform is ignorant and subverts the very concept of forums itself. Popular Post blaze
I don't understand why some posters (and some right wing academics at a certain Uni of high status) complain that the police are not doing enough to protect the illegal attempt to shut down this city and the economy it drives. The police should be respecting the rights of nice citizens to seize government buildings- to intimidate news organizations- to shut down traffic on major roads-- Yet heaven forbid that the police should actually defend by ALL MEANS NESCESSARY the law that prohibits people from undertaking such actions.

ManopY
The clashes was not between PDRC guards and unknown group! It was between Soldiers and unknown TERRORIST groups. No casualty was REPORTED (the Press were not allowed, for "them security")! The Thai Army stepped in yesterday in his role of "protecting Thai people against terrorist"! The Thai Army have a major role in: Protecting the integrity of the country (as one) Protecting Thai people against attacks from outside or inside the country Protecting Thai Monarchy What happened in Trat and lately in Bangkok near Big C ARE terrorist attacks against Thai people! The Thai Army, in his "here-up mentioned roles", ordered yesterday all province governor to monitor and report all attempt, by any group, to foment terrorist activity against Thai people, National integrity or/and the Monarchy! The Thai Army is active and do not need anyone's order to act (as it is his role)! When the Soldier had finished with the belligerents, they came into the protest area to secure it! TVGerry
Well you didn't expect the cowards who conducted these attacks daily for months to get a free pass everytime. With the army involved now, they're going to find it difficult to shoot at the protestors without retaliation. How does it feel to have targets that actually shoot back now?
Pops
Definitely not the army or Suthep's mafia friends from the south. No way. They were too busy threatening women in shopping centers and young children. Saw these guys last week when visiting a friend in the Rama IV area opposite Lumphini. What a nasty looking bunch, unbelievable ! Where did they find these guys, Klong Prem prison ? Indeed, all they seemed to be doing was staring and hollering at the women passing by and giving everybody else the dirty look. I might be wrong of course, they might be lovely people for all I know, but they did not give me that impression.
