If you look at airlinequality.com, Bangkok Air gets a 4-star rating; same like British Airways and Lufthansa;-)

So does Porter Airlines, a commuter airline in North America with a loyal clientele. And yet Porter received an unimpressive rating.

I note TG's rating of 6, the same as Turkish, Vietnam and Malaysian. Meanwhile Singapore gets the coveted 7.

Tiger Autralia - 4 / Tiger Singapore -5

Bangkok- 5

Lion - 2

Orient Thai (previously 0ne, Two Go) - 5

Jet Star- 7

This should give the fans of Air Asia something to chew on.

The Naked Air is not rated?

I notice that Aeroflot also gets a perfect 7.
