Yesterday I got a message for each of my Bangkok Bank accounts when I logged in. They gave me the USSD code *179*13 digit thai ID# I think this might check if you are compliant. Unfortunately the reply is in Thai so I am none the wiser. Hopefully that USSD code will be useful for someone more skilled than me. -

photo size for 30 day extension (on a visa exempt) and photo size for non O marriage
Probably varies depending which immigration office...recently at Jomtien the photo shop on premises gave me a photo about 2x the size I usually use and the immigration officer said it was ok...and it was because I got my visa extension. I normally give them a 35mm x 45mm color print... the shop probably gave a 40mm x 60mm I didn't measure it just looked huge and was why bigger than the box on the application form indicating where to attach a photo. -

Canadian Voters Head to the Polls Amid Rising Tensions with the US
What happened is the race polarized. Support drained from the minor parties to the major ones. The Libs are up 1.3 million votes or so. The Conservatives up a million. But the minor parties are hurting. Lots of 'strategic voting' helped the Liberals to win agains the Conservatives. NDP supporters largely held their noses and voted for Carney.
